Stucco the entire foundation with block bond foundation <br /> mix.Use an off white color. <br /> 7. Prime and paint the two (2) access doors and frame. Use semigloss <br /> latex paint.Paint to cover completely. <br /> 8. Replace the old wooden tree posts on the side porch. Install new treated <br /> 6 x 6 posts.Pour a 24"x 24"x 10"pier footing for the comer post. <br /> Prime and paint the 6 x 6 posts with white exterior latex paint. <br /> 9. Install a shingle type ridge ventilation system on the main roof only. <br /> Cut a 2 3/s- 3 inch section from the ridge and install the ridge vent. <br /> WINDOWS: <br /> 1. Install 8 insulated vinyl replacement windows on the l'and 2"4 floor. <br /> The windows shall have at least one openable sash, screen,window lock <br /> and trim. The trim color shall match the windows. <br />
