Pressure wash the siding, soffitt, gutter and downspouts with a detergent <br /> formulated to clean vinyl siding. <br /> S. Install matching vinyl siding,trim, fascia and soffitt on the rear addition. <br /> 6. Remove all trash from the rear of the house including the trash in the storage <br /> building. <br /> 7. Install gutter and downspouts on the rear addition. Install one downspout on the <br /> right rear comer of the house. Extend that downspout through the deck. Reinstall <br /> the downspout on the right/font comer. Install plastic splashblocks under each <br /> downspout. <br /> 8. Install metal,helmet leaf guard system on all gutters. <br /> Rear Deck: <br /> 1. Remove the 4x16 deck on the right side of the house,the railing and 4x6 posts on <br /> the main deck. <br /> 2. Brace the deck.Remove the existing 2x8drop girder. Install a drop girder on <br /> concrete footers. <br />
