Clean the walls and ceiling with <br />a 50/50 water and bleach solution. Prime the walls and ceiling with an <br />oil based primer. Paint the walls and ceiling with semigloss latex paint. <br />The paint shall cover completely. <br />2. Prepare the trim and door for paint. Prime the trim and door with <br />an oil based primer. Paint the trim and door with semigloss latex <br />paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />3. Install a new tub/shower surround. Remove the faucet handles to <br />install the new surround. Install new molding to cap off the top and sides. <br />Install new casing around the window. Prime and paint the window, <br />casing and new trim with semigloss latex paint. The paint shall <br />cover completely. <br />4. Install a new flush door on the linen closet. Prime and paint the <br />door with semigloss latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />Install a passage lockset on the door. <br />5. Install a new handicap commode, supply line & cutoff. <br />BASEMENT: <br />1. Paint the walls and ceiling in the stairway. Prime the walls with a bonding <br />type primer. Paint the walls & ceiling with at least two (2) coats <br />of flat latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />2. <br />Install a new 32 inch insulated door unit in the basement. (out-swing) <br />The new unit shall have a keyed lockset, weatherstripping and threshold. <br />Paint the door & interior jamb with semigloss latex paint. Install interior <br />casing & jamb extensions and paint with semigloss latex paint. <br />The paint shall cover completely. <br />
