Repair any damaged areas on <br />the walls and ceiling. Fill and sand the sheetrock filler and paint. <br />Paint the walls with flat latex paint. Paint the trim and doors with <br />semigloss latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />2. Prime the ceiling and spray a textured ceiling. <br />BEDROOM # 2: <br />Wash down the walls and ceiling with a 50/50 water bleach solution. <br />Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint.
