Repair all tape joints, seams, <br />nail holes with sheetrock filler. Fill all nail holes and cracks on the <br />trim with painters putty and latex caulk. Paint the walls with flat <br />latex paint. Paint the trim and doors with semigloss latex paint. <br />All paint shall cover completely. <br />KITCHEN /DINING ROOM: <br />Page 3 <br />1. Wash down the walls and ceiling with a 50/50 water and bleach solution. <br />Remove any grease present on the walls and ceiling. Prepare the walls for paint. <br />Fill all damaged tape joints and nail holes with sheetrock filler. <br />Remove any loose or chipping paint. Paint the walls with <br />semigloss latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />2. Prepare the ceiling for a sprayed texture. Fill all damaged tape <br />joints and nail holes with sheetrock filler. Prime the ceiling; with a <br />oil primer before the textured ceiling is applied. Spray the ceiling <br />with a textured finish. <br />3. Repair the broken glass pane on the side door. Reinstall trim <br />around the glass. <br />4. Install a new entry lock on the kitchen door. Key the new lockset <br />to match the front door. <br />5. Install new weatherstripping on the kitchen door. Use the <br />combination aluminum/rubber type. <br />6. Install a cabinet door over the oven. The door shall match the <br />existing cabinets. Apply a finish to match the cabinets. <br />
