Install a new mast, weather head <br />& meter base. <br />2. Install two GFI receptacles and circuits in the kitchen. <br />3. Install one GFI receptacle and circuit in the bathroom. <br />4. Install an arc fault interrupter on each bedroom circuit. <br />5. Install electric smoke detectors with battery back-up in all sleeping <br />rooms. Install one located in the hallway and one located in the <br />stair-well located in the basement. A total of five (5) smoke <br />detectors. Install smoke detectors per code. <br />6. Install a vent less range hood over the oven in the kitchen. <br />Secure the vent hood to the cabinet. <br />Page 8 <br />7. Install a new wall switch & plate in the bathroom. <br />8. Install three (3) Eft florescent lights in the basement. <br />All connections must be in a junction box/cover. <br />9. Install covers on all junction boxes in the basement. <br />10 Install 3 missing receptacle/switch plate covers in the basement. <br />11. Install aflood/motion light over the basement door. <br />12. Install a switch and circuit for a light fixture in the staircase opening. <br />Install a new light fixture. _ <br />13. Secure all loose wire to the floor joists. Place all wire in conduit <br />that is attached to the basement wall. <br />14. Install a new circuit to the freezer located in the basement. <br />Place the wire in conduit and install a new receptacle and box. <br />
