<br />Goals, Objectives, and Measurements <br />Goal #1 <br />Establish CERT organization <br />Objective # 1 <br />Identify interested sponsoring agencies <br />Measurement #1 <br />30 Days (June) <br />Establish list of sponsoring agencies and hold at least three training and/ or organizational <br />meetings. A master sponsoring agency sheet will be developed listing the organization, primary <br />contact information and area of expertise of the organization. This list will be developed to draw <br />a cadre of CERT trainers. Asign-in sheet will be completed at each meeting to track each <br />organization's attendance. <br />Goal #2 <br />30 Days (July) <br />Establish corps of volunteers to perform emergency preparedness and response in their <br />neighborhoods. <br />Objective #2 <br />Advertise CERT program to various public and private groups and associations within the <br />County. <br />Measurement #2 <br />Identify at least 150 citizens within these neighborhood and business groups to attend CERT <br />training. An interest list will be developed with these neighborhood and business groups' contact <br />information to track and schedule CERT training. <br />7 <br />
