15 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the following covenants between the parties, the <br />NC Division of Emergency Management shall provide $10,000.00 to the Orange County <br />Emergency Management to conduct CERT activities in accordance with this MOU. <br />For and in consideration of this payment, the Orange County Emergency Management <br />agrees to the completion of its CERT goals and objectives on or before December 31, 2003. The <br />aforesaid funds must be accounted for to the Division of Emergency Management in accordance <br />with the guidelines set forth in this MOU. It is further understood and agreed that any funds not <br />expended by that date in support of CERT shall revert to the Division of Emergency Management. <br />This MOU is entered into this the 8th day of July, 2003. <br />Gary L.
