Six copies of photometric plans showing proposed locations and types <br />of lighting fixtures, heights, and areas of lighting coverage <br />Standards of Evaluation <br />The following specific standards, as well as those found in the EDD <br />Design Manual, shall be used in deciding upon an application for <br />approval: <br />a. The minimum lot size shall be 15 acres and shalN be adequate to <br />accommodate all proposed activities, including safe vehicular and <br />pedestrian circulation, and the maximum number of participants for <br />any single event. <br />b. Negative visual impacts shall be minimized along any major <br />roadway. Negative visual impacts include, but are not limited to, <br />loading/unloading areas, delivery areas, air handling units (roof top <br />and other), parking areas for machinery, and storage buildings. <br />. _.. Appropriate screening methods shall be used to enhance the <br />aesthetic value of_ a project. ,, <br />c. The traffic impact analysis shall be performed by a qualified traffic <br />engineer or by the NCDOT. <br />d. The site shall be designed to take advantage of multiple shared use <br />opportunities. <br />e. There shall be a minimum of two access points to the site. -One <br />access shall be limited to bus use only. Other access points shall <br />be located to provide maximum visibility and safety. No driveway <br />shall be permitted in a location that will hinder or congest traffic <br />movement on a public street. <br />The Special Use Permit approval shall be valid for three (3) years. If no <br />permits have been obtained within the three year period the Special Use <br />Permit shall become null and void. <br />
