5
• Threshold Size and Location Standards Are Proposed
b. SUP Rezoning
• Planned Development Regulations Already Exist
2. Subdivision Requirements Changes
A. Added Additional Submittal Criteria for Application
3. Location
A. Urbanizing/Rural Growth Boundary
B. Promotes Larger (# lots) Subdivisions in Areas with Urban
Infrastructure Potential
C. Reduces Urban Sprawl Impacts and Promotes Countywide
Environmental and Rural Sustainability
4. Scale
A. The proposed System promotes subdivision design at
scales consistent with a rural/agricultural character or urban
character depending upon geographic location within the County.
