Provide technical assistance on rehabilitation of land and conservation <br />systems under Agricultural Stabilization Conservation Service (ASCS) cost - <br />sharing arrangement, <br />2. Provide evaluation assistance of'severity of the disaster. <br />3. Assist Cooperative Extension Services in providing restoration estimates. <br />4. Provide assistance in locating heavy earth- moving equipment. <br />5, Provide assistance in locating alternative transportation measures. <br />6. Provide information and materials on environmental topics. <br />7, Provide assistance regarding availability of Soil Conservation Services (SCS) <br />equipment for emergency use„ <br />8, Provide debris removal assistance from publicly or privately owned, <br />9, Provide assistance in applying for grants to any state or local government for <br />debris removal. <br />10.
