ORANGE COUNTY MULTI - HAZARD PLAN <br />Q, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />1, Prepare procedures to provide public works services during emergencies. <br />2. Develop and maintain resource lists to support response/ recovery operations. <br />3. Train public works services personnel assigned to respond to hazardous <br />material incidents. <br />4. Develop mutual aid agreements with other Public Works agencies and the <br />private sector. <br />5. Maintain utilities at vital facilities in the County during emergencies. <br />6. Prepare required reports and forward to the EOC,. <br />7. Conduct debris clearance operations. <br />& Assist Health Director and Extension Services in proper disposal of carcasses. <br />9. Assist in damage assessment operations. <br />10. Provide containers and/or vehicles for removal of contaminated hazardous <br />materials,. <br />11. Coordinate all public works activities for the County, including the <br />municipalities,. <br />12. Maintain records of expenditures, obligations, narratives, and operational <br />journals of response action, including any activities associated with disaster <br />operations. <br />13.
