ORANGE COUNTY MULTI - HAZARD PLAN <br />P. PURCHASING DIRECTOR <br />Identify resources and maintain current inventories. <br />2. Provide and maintain a current call -back roster of all county departments. <br />Develop procedures for the procurement and delivery of essential <br />resources and supplies on a timely basis. <br />4. Provide for the storage, maintenance and replenishment/ replacement of <br />essential equipment and materials. <br />5, Identify and provide resources for special or critical facilities. <br />6. Provide for the deployment, recall and monitoring of resources. <br />Maintain records of expenditures, obligations, narratives, and operational <br />journals of response action, including any activities associated with <br />disaster operations. <br />& Report to the EOC upon request. <br />22 Revised 2/6/03 <br />
