ORANGE COUNTY MULTI- HAZARD PLAN <br />N. PLANNING DIRECTOR <br />Make recommendation to suspend, revoke or waive any County rule, policy, <br />procedure, or provision of any ordinance that conflicts with emergency <br />operations. <br />2. Monitor hazards within flood ways and flood plains and make <br />recommendations on evacuations. <br />3. Conduct physical inspections of damaged buildings for structural integrity. <br />4, Order public facilities and facilities used for public gatherings condemned if <br />found to be unsafe. <br />5. Create maps for use in the EOC. <br />6. Form a mitigation committee to analyze damage and make recommendations <br />for future prevention. <br />7. Provide environmental impact analyses. <br />8.
