ORANGE COUNTY MULTI - HAZARD PLAN <br />K. FIRE MARSHAL <br />1. Maintain current list of' equipment, supplies, personnel, and vehicles.. <br />2. Inspect all shelters for code compliance prior to openings.. <br />3. Coordinate all fire fighting activities during EOC activation. <br />4, Coordinate the Special Operations Team activities during emergency <br />operations. <br />5, Coordinate all staff officer activities during emergency operations. <br />6. Designate all staging areas for resources arriving from outside jurisdictions. <br />7. Coordinate all air traffic activities, including designation of loading zones and <br />landing zone coordination. <br />8. Coordinate Mutual Aid Agreements with other counties for resources. <br />9. Coordinate all fueling activities during emergency operations.. <br />10. Coordinate all rescue efforts between rescue squads and fire service. <br />11. Designate a radiological officer and coordinate radiological protection <br />measures. <br />12. Maintain records of'expenditures, obligations, narratives, and operational <br />journals of response action, including any activities associated with disaster <br />operations. <br />13.
