Provide guidance on use of stored crops. <br />6. Provide guidance on selection and use of land for agricultural production. <br />7. Provide guidance on use, conservation, disposition and control of water to <br />ensure adequate usable water for agriculture. <br />Assist District Soil Conservationist in providing assessment of the <br />problems created with the amount and types of emergency work needed to <br />restore the area to normal operations. <br />9.
