ORANGE COUNTY MULTI - HAZARD PLAN <br />H. EMERGENCY MEDICAL COORDINATOR <br />1. Develop response procedures for hazardous weather and/or conditions. <br />2. Coordinate all emergency medical activities during EOC activation. <br />3. Develop plans for Emergency Medical Services response during disasters, <br />including mass casualty. <br />4. Maintain current list of all EMS and Rescue personnel. <br />5. Develop a call -back system for EMS Personnel. <br />6, Assist Medical Examiner and Health Director in developing a policy for <br />temporary morgue and body identification procedures. <br />7. Maintain a current list of equipment, supplies, personnel, and vehicles. <br />8. Provide information to hospitals regarding victims. <br />9, Request activation of hospital's external disaster plan and specify types of <br />medical personnel and equipment needed to respond to and treat victims of <br />disasters. <br />10. Provide, upon request, any resources needed by the hospital in the activation <br />of the hospital's internal disaster plan.. <br />11. Maintain records of expenditures, obligations, narratives, and operational <br />.journals of response action, including any activities associated with disaster <br />operations. <br />12.
