ORANGE COUNTY MULTI - HAZARD PLAN <br />G. COUNTY DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES <br />Develop and maintain sheltering plans for special needs <br />populations and private facilities <br />Develop plans for sheltering -in -place for care facilities. <br />Prepare, revise, and execute sheltering plans for care facilities. <br />4. Develop letters of agreement and procedures for reception and <br />care of shelter activities for special needs populations. <br />Assist ARC in recruiting shelter staff. <br />6. Coordinate crisis training for shelter staff with the ARC. <br />6. Maintain contact information for special needs clients. <br />8. Coordinate with the ARC to secure cooperative agreements with <br />building owners for use of shelters. <br />9. Coordinate with health duector for distribution of medications, <br />vaccines, and other preventatives in shelters. <br />10. Organize and operate the Victim Service Center in conjunction <br />with ARC. <br />11. Facilitate the Unmet Needs Committee efforts. <br />11 Maintain records of expenditures, narratives, and operational <br />journals of response action, including any activities associated <br />with disaster operations. <br />13..
