ORANGE COUNTY MULTI - HAZARD PLAN <br />E. SCHOOLS SUPERINTENDENTS <br />Direct the evacuation and in -place sheltering of school populations. <br />2. Provide buses and other school vehicles, as required, for <br />evacuation of the public. <br />3. Maintain school transportation resources and provide fuel, <br />maintenance and repair. <br />4. Coordinate with the transportation coordinator for use of school <br />resources.. <br />5. Coordinate letters of agreement for use of schools as shelters <br />and/or reception centers with the ARC. <br />6. Provide support personnel to assist staff in the shelters. <br />Develop a plan and notification list to ensure school facilities and <br />vehicles may be accessed at all times. <br />8. Maintain records of expenditures, obligations, narratives, and <br />operational journals of response action, including any activities <br />associated with disaster operations, <br />9.
