Byrd of your office came to the Orange County Jail for inspection. He noted <br />one item, which needed attention in Section 153A-226, Rule 2900 or 2901of the inspection that required <br />response. These mattresses have been ordered and will be replaced as soon as possible. <br />Four items in section 3400, Rules 3401-3426 and 3701 paint wall at the repair of wall in dorm "106" and <br />paint shower ceiling in old section. We are in the process of having these repairs completed. Our Public <br />Works department had ordered a fast setting concrete and paint for the repair in February 2003. Our <br />Public Works department has been in contact with the company to get this repair corrected. We have <br />contacted a vendor to do the repairs to the freezer door. Our maintenance staff has secured water <br />fountains inside the dayroom. <br />Please call me with any questions you may have regarding these repairs and corrections. <br />Sincerely, <br />A.
