I do not have an opinion on why she preferred to <br />contact you directly. <br />To the best of my knowledge her attendance has been satisfactory. According <br />to the Board meeting minutes, Jan Cain's first board meeting was September <br />17, 2002 and there are no absences reflected in the minutes through the <br />April, 2003 meeting.
