<br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br />112/118 North Churton Street <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds for the purchase of the buildings located at <br />112 and 118 North Churton Street, which the County had been previously leasing. <br />Proceeds are from alternative financing/private placement to fund this project. <br />Section 2.The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2001-02 <br />FY 2002-03 Through FY <br />2002-03 <br />Sales Tax $0 $0 $0 <br />Bond Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Private Placement $0 $485,000 $485,000 <br />Grant Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Fees $0 $0 $0 <br />Other $0 $0 $0 <br />Total Fundin $0 $485,000 $485,000 <br />Section 4.The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2001-02 <br />FY 20003 Through FY <br />2002x03 <br />Land/Btul ' $0 $426,811 $426,811 <br />Deli $0 $0 $0 <br />Constriction $0 $0 $0 <br />Other $0 $58,189 $58,189 <br />Total Costs $0 $485,000 $485,000 <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous 112/118 North Churton Street Capital <br />Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall remain in effect until June 30, 2004. <br />Adopted this 26th day of June 2003. <br />
