If a person fails to pay this penalty within ten days after being cited for a violation, the County may seek to recover the penalty by filing a civil action in the nature of debt. C. The County may seek to enforce this Ordinance through any appropriate equitable action. D. Each day that a violation continues after the offender has been notified of the violation shall constitute a separate offense. E. The County may seek to enforce this Ordinance by using any one or a combination of the foregoing remedies. Article VII - Severability If any section, subdivision, clause, or provision of this Article shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to such section, subdivision, clause, or provision so adjudged, and the remainder of this Article shall remain fully valid and effective. AN INTERIM ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE YEAR-ROUND CONSERVATION OF WATER AND FOR TEMPORARY RESTRI(:TIONS DURING WATER SHORTAGES AND EMERGENCIES RELATED TO ALL ORANGE WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY CUSTOMERS LOCATED IN THE UNINCORPORATED PART OF ORANGE COUNTY adopted and effective June 4, 2002 is repealed and the foregoing provisions substituted in lieu thereof.
