Such irrigation steal l not occur more than. three days <br />each week, according to the schedule peescribed in III.A.I .a of these Rules ~u7d <br />Standards; shall. be applied to non-turf plant n~.aterial only; and shall be limited to <br />a maximum of one-half inch of water per ~v-eel:. <br />~.
