<br />Flood Hazard Ar°eas designated as Zone AI-A30, AE, A, A99, or AO, the reference level is the top of the

<br />Regulatory flood protection elevation means the elevation to which all structures and other
<br />development located within the Special Flood Hazard Areas hm~e been deterrnirzed. Within areas where
<br />BFE's have been deternzirzed, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2') feet of freeboard In areas
<br />where no BFE has been established, all structures and other development must be elevated or,flood

<br />Solid waste disposal facility means arzy,facility involved in the disposal of solid waste, as defined
<br />in NCGS 130A-Z90(a)(3.5)
<br />(3) Solid waste disposal site defined as in NCGS 130A-290(a)(36).
