Attachment <br />Memorandum of Agreement <br />Between Training Facilitator Dr. Henry Meguid and Orange County <br />This Memorandum of Agreement outlines the agreement between Training Facilitator Dr. Henry <br />Meguid and Orange County for providing Cultural Awareness Building training to Orange <br />County employees. <br />A. Trainer Henry Meguid Responsibilities <br />• Facilitate 12 cultural awareness building training sessions of five hours each at $675.00 per <br />session, with a minimum of 15 employees attending each session. <br />• Provide handouts and training curriculum originals for participants. <br />B. Orange County Responsibilities <br />• Provide staff assistance with equipment. <br />• Provide necessary materials, copies and supplies for participants. <br />• Provide appropriate training facility. <br />• Pay all approved invoices within 30 days of receipt of the invoice not to exceed a total <br />amount of $8,100 under this agreement. <br />C.
