z~ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ORANGE COUNTY BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS encourages the establishment of a Campus on <br />Senior Wellness and Longevity with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill that <br />would together foster research, education and direct services through the planned Senior <br />Center for Southern Orange and other University facilities, and encourage the University <br />in its current deliberations on the development of Carolina North, to grant favorable <br />consideration to this objective. <br />This the 26th day of June, 2003. <br />Margaret Brown, Chair <br />Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />
