The Board «~ill consider awarding a bid to Sustainable Living Incorporated of Chapel Hill at a <br />cost of $23,000 to move the structure presently located at 611 Yorktown Drive to the Little River <br />Park; and authorize the Purchasing Director to execute the necessary paperwork. <br />1. Petition for Addition of Subdivision Roads to the State Maintenance Program <br />The Board will consider petitions to add eight (*) roads in Orange County subdivisions to the <br />State-maintained Secondary Road System. <br />m. Proposed Zoning Ordinance & Subdivision Regulations Enforcement Procedures <br />Amendments <br />The Board will consider closing the public hearing and to make a decision on adoption of <br />proposed Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations text arendments regarding <br />enforcement and penalties. <br />n. Outdoor Lighting Standards Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br />The Board will consider closing the Public Hearing and make a decision regarding the adoption <br />of the Outdoor Lighting Standards amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. <br />a. O~~~ASA C"onsei•~~ation and Demand Management Ordinance <br />The Board «~ill consider adopting the Orange Water & Sewer Authority's (OWASA} <br />recommended revised interim Water Conservation and Demand Management Ordinance <br />standards and provisions, providing for the year round conservation of water for temporary <br />restrictions during water shortages and emergencies, and applicable to the OWASA customers <br />within the unincorporated area of Orange County. <br />p. Budget Amendment #14 <br />The Board will consider approving the budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments <br />for fiscal year 2002-03. <br />q. Change ui BOCC Regular Meeting Schedule <br />The Board will consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar for <br />the year 2003. <br />r. Approval of Fiscal Year 2003-2004 Capital Project Ordinances and Grant Project <br />Ordinances <br />The Board will consider adopting capital project ordinances and grant project ordinances for FY" <br />2002-03. <br />9. ITEMS FOR DECISION--REGULAR AGENDA <br />a. Justice Facilities Expansion Phase I (8:30 - 8:~0) <br />The Board ~~~ill consider the progress of the Justice Facilities Expansion Project and to confirm <br />certain details in preparation of soliciting the Request for Proposals for architectural services; and <br />«~ill consider authorizing the Purchasing Director to solicit a request for proposal for architectural <br />service with the scope of work based on the information provided herein; and consider appointing <br />Commissioners to the various planning groups as cited in the abstract. <br />b. Option to Purchase Propei•t_y for Orange County Schools' Middle School #3 (8:50 - 9:10) <br />The Board will consider approving the amount to be paid for options to purchase parcels of property <br />for the proposed site of the planned third middle school in the Orange County Schools (OCS} district <br />and adopt the attached OCS Middle School #3 Capital Project Ordinance. <br />c. Schools Adequate Public Facilities A~Iemorandum of Understanding and Ordinance (9:10 - <br />9:30} <br />The Board will consider adoption ofthe revised Schools adequate Public Facilities Memoranda of <br />Understanding (MOU) and ordinance and set an effective date. Two MOU agreements are attached - <br />one pertaining to the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School District (CHCSD}, and one pertaining to the <br />Orange County School District (OCSD). <br />d.
