The term for this Board is for two years. <br />The Personnel Hearing Board is charged with hearing employee grievances involving <br />demotions, suspensions, and dismissals. It forwards its recommendations to the County <br />Manager. It meets only as needed. <br />There will be one vacancy at the end of June with the rotation off the Board of Ms. <br />Barbara Delon. <br />Ms. Susan L. Lyons has been recommended to replace her. The term would be a full two- <br />yearterm and would expire on June 30, 2005. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one appointment to the Personnel Hearing <br />Board as the BOCC may decide. <br />
