OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR <br />28 Chair Brown said that some items that were supposed to be addressed at the meeting last <br />29 week (February 17'") would be delayed. Item 9-a regarding the school systems merger will be <br />30 delayed until March 5~'. Also, items 5-a and 6-a will be addressed March 5~'.
