Homelessness According to the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act, a <br />~ Chrome person is considered homeless who lacks a fixed, regular, and <br />Homelessness adequate night-time residence, or has a primary night-time residence <br />that is a shelter, an institution, or a place not ordinarily used for <br />sleeping.
