Service will consist <br />of one span of overhead lines run to a new pole to be installed beside the existing side track <br />which services Builder's First Source. <br />Staff has received responses from Duke Power addressing some concerns that had been <br />expressed. These are discussed in an attached memo. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None anticipated. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve and authorize <br />the Manager to execute an easement agreement subject to County staff, the building <br />contractor, and Duke Power agreeing on 1) a suitable easement routing that avoids damaging <br />or cutting existing trees and 2) satisfactory (to the County Attorney) easement documents. <br />
