PURPOSE <br />The Depaztment of Crime Control and Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management <br />(Division of EM) and Orange County, will enter into an ageement to provide funding for <br />equipment will be used on-scene by fast responders and state personnel to prepare for a <br />tlueatened or actual WMD or domestic terrorist attacks, major disasters, and other emergencies <br />to protect human life, property, and the environment. <br />III.
