There may be some incidental use of existing staff time; <br />however, no additional County costs should be expected. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board <br />• Accept the grant funds and approve the Memorandum of Agreement, subject to final <br />review by staff and the County Attorney, <br />• designate Jack Ball, Emergency Management Director, as the Designated Agent for the <br />Grant, <br />• designate Eric Griffin, Emergency Management Specialist, as the Point of Contact for the <br />grant, and <br />• authorize the Manager to sign the Memorandum of Agreement and Designation forms. <br />
