This dra� will be shared with staff for review and comment prior to transmi�ng to the <br />boards. The Public Hearing Dra� will be updated for compliance with WCAG Level 2.1 requirements in accordance with Task 5.6. <br />Task 5.2: Board of Commissioners Retreat for Finalizing Public Hearing Dra� of Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br />Clarion will atend a retreat for the Board to convey recommended edits for finalizing the Public Hearing Dra� of the Land Use Plan. Clarion will <br />plan the agenda in collabora�on with staff, present an overview of how the dra� has changed from the previous version, facilitate Board discussion <br />to iden�fy final plan direc�on, and take notes and summarize key points for addi�onal discussion with the Project Team in follow up. Clarion will <br />prepare any final edits to the plan’s goals, policies, and ac�ons and future land use classifica�ons and suppor�ng narra�ve and graphics as directed <br />by the Board. <br /> <br />Task 5.3: Staff Working Group Mee�ng #16 (Virtual) <br />Clarion will conduct a courtesy virtual briefing to the Staff Working Group on the final recommended changes to the plan as a result of CEW#3 and <br />any final direc�on provided by the Planning Board or Board of Commissioners occurring during tasks 4.12 and 5.2. <br /> <br />Task 5.4: Mee�ngs with Planning Board and Board of County Commissioners <br />The Clarion team will prepare materials for and facilitate up to two mee�ngs with the Planning Board for its recommenda�on and up to two with <br />the Board of County Commissioners for the public hearing and plan adop�on process. <br /> <br />Task 5.5: Finalize the Adopted Comprehensive Plan and Transmit All Final Files to County Staff Team <br />Upon final adop�on of the plan and transmital of the final adopted changes by the County’s Project Manager, the Clarion team will finalize the <br />adopted version of the plan and transmit all files to County staff. <br /> <br />Task 5.6: Addi�onal Website Expenses and WCAG Level 2.1 Accessibility Compliance <br />The extension of the project website domain contract, a refresh of the project website content to reflect the project relaunch and re-organize <br />informa�on, and addi�onal months of website management will be provided through the contract extension. <br />The Clarion team will be provided with the Orange County Standard Opera�ng Procedures (SOP) or other guidance for compliance with WCAG <br />Level 2.1 accessibility requirements.
