Estimate for 37 meetings x $1700 = $62,900 <br />Regular/Work Session/Budget/Quarterly/Advisory/Joint meetings at Whitted and at <br />Southern Human Services Center <br />(estimate is for 5.5 hour with added charges if over minumum *) <br />Any partial hour over five and a half hours, VDMC will charge $310 an hour*. <br />Cancellation fee is $620 if cancelled within 24hrs of meeting start time <br />Training for all VDMC staff in FY 2026-27 <br />Training = $2800 <br />Minimum for FY 26-27 BOCC cablecast meeting and training = $65,700 <br />OTHER SERVICES <br />Maintenance, Research and Consulting will be provided at $150/hour.
