4.Please NOTE - The AV systems are owned and ultimately controlled by Orange County BOC. Should there be a <br />hardware failure that cannot be resolved prior to the meeting, the SAENC technician will inform the appropriate <br />individuals at Orange County for direction and inform the designated contact with OCPD of the problem and the <br />intended direction from Orange County BOC representative. <br />The base cost of the contract is $8,400 (12 meetings @ $700 each). Any additional meetings that are added <br />with the same time commitments and level of support will be billed at the same rate. SAENC will bill <br />OCPD at the first of each month for the total number of meetings supported in the previous month. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to support the AV needs of the Orange County Planning Board.
