Budget and Fee Structure <br /> <br />Design and implement engagement process resulting in a CoC evaluation score card for <br />the HUD CoC Competition: <br /> <br />• Developing the work plan and expedited timeline for project in partnership with <br />Collaborative Applicant and Governing Committee. <br />• Stakeholder engagement plan and summary including Performance Evaluation <br />Committee, OC CoC membership, and Lived Experience committee. <br />• Project Scorecard and Scoring Guide for approval by the OC CoC. <br />• Development of Evaluation protocol and reviewer training materials <br />• Completed scoring results and rankings for the 2026 HUD CoC Competition. <br />• Draft of Final report with funding recommendations. <br />• Presentation of recommendations to Performance Evaluation Committee and OC <br />CoC Governing Board for approval. <br />• Support for collaborative applicants drafting responses to the HUD CoC NOFO with <br />relationship to the scoring process, methodology and the prioritization list. <br /> <br />Total Cost: $19,000 <br /> <br />Additional Optional Services: <br /> <br />ESG Score Card <br />• We would leverage the CoC score card development process to obtain <br />community stakeholder feedback on the ESG priorities and create a separate <br />Score Card, Evaluation Protocol and training materials for the 2026 ESG <br />competition. <br />• Support for Collaborative Applicants response to the ESG RFP for questions <br />related to scoring process, methodology and the prioritization list. <br /> <br />Total Cost ESG Score Card: $2,500 <br /> <br />HMIS data quality assessment: <br />• Review HMIS Data Quality and work with project leads on developing Data <br />quality improvements plans. <br />• Meet with potential new project partner agencies to orient them to the HMIS <br />Data requirements. <br />Total Cost: $3500 <br />Post -award debriefs + improvement plan: <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 81AACBE3-B6B1-849B-810A-CED0670D43F0
