To do this, we <br />will need to work together to align stakeholders behind the process and to prioritize an <br />expedited time frame. <br /> <br /> <br />V. Qualifications and Approach <br /> <br />Andrea Kurtz, Lead Consultant Andrea helped lead the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County <br />Continuum of Care (NC-500) for over 17 years. Supporting the development of the CoC’s <br />policies, governance charters, HMIS policies and standards, and well as supporting the <br />Collaborative Applicants administration of both CoC and ESG competitions. She <br />developed the CoC’s first coordinated assessment system, rapid rehousing program, SSVF <br />program, and helped develop over 700 units of supportive housing.
