• Facilitate structured working sessions with the CoC Performance Committee . <br />o I would recommend one virtually planning meeting prior to an in-person ½ <br />day work session in order to expedite the process of developing the scoring <br />and evaluation criteria. <br />• Review historical performance data, system metrics, and past funding decisions. <br />• Identify priority outcomes (e.g., housing stability, returns to homelessness, access <br />to services indicators) and the data points used to evaluate both renewal and new <br />program priorities. <br />• Co-develop scoring domains and weighting criteria <br /> <br />Deliverable: Draft framework for the Project Scorecard <br /> <br />2.
