Alcoholic Beverage Control Board—Appointments Discussion <br /> The Board discussed appointments to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC Board) and considered <br /> designating a member as Chair. <br /> BACKGROUND:The ABC Board has the authority to buy, sell, transport, and possess alcoholic beverages <br /> for the operation of its stores.
