Review and revise County policies and regulations to support business <br /> investment in Orange County. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br /> 1. Approve and authorize the County Manager to execute and sign the Contract <br /> Amendment #4 (Attachment 1); <br /> 2. Authorize the expenditure of an additional $58,855 for planning services to develop a <br /> Comprehensive Land Use Plan, increasing the total project cost from $240,734 to a <br /> maximum of $299,589; and <br /> 3. Approve Budget Amendment #12-B as detailed above. <br />
