The Ten-Year Capital <br /> Investment Plan is a long-range planning tool with a financial impact in FY 2026-27. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • MISSION STATEMENT — Orange County is a visionary leader in providing governmental <br /> services valued by our community, beyond those required by law, in an equitable, <br /> sustainable, innovative and efficient way. <br /> • VISION STATEMENT — We are a diverse, inclusive, and healthy county working together <br /> to strengthen our community and enhance the quality of life for all residents. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board accept the FY 2026-36 <br /> Orange County Ten-Year Capital Investment Plan, and approve funding for FY 2026-27 and adopt <br /> the FY 2026-27 County Capital projects as stated in Attachment 2; the FY 2026-27 Proprietary <br /> Capital projects as stated in Attachment 3; and the FY 2026-27 School Capital projects as stated <br /> in Attachment 4. <br />
