The current contract term <br /> expires on June 30, 2026. Continuation of these services ensures the ability of the Asset <br /> Management Service maintenance team to monitor and manage HVAC issues across County <br /> facilities. Staff recommends renewal of the contract for an additional 12-month term (July 1, 2026, <br /> to June 30, 2027), under the same terms and conditions. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The County's annual payment of $100,570 was included in the FY 2026- <br /> 27 Manager's recommended budget. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • MISSION STATEMENT — Orange County is a visionary leader in providing governmental <br /> services valued by our community, beyond those required by law, in an equitable, <br /> sustainable, innovative and efficient way. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the contract <br /> renewal with Siemens for HVAC controls and building automation services for FY 2026-27 and <br /> authorize the Manager to sign as necessary. <br />
