In <br /> addition, project funds may be used to cover Orange Transit bank and service fees charged to the Tax District,as well as <br /> audits or other financial reviews that are determined to be necessary or appropriate by the Tax District administrator. <br /> Funds may also support any other financial,administrative or advisory services deemed necessaryto effectively manage <br /> Orange Transit financial obligations. <br /> 23 <br />
