GoTriangle: Route 800 and TAP <br /> GoTriangle resubmitted a request for additional funding for Route 800 and the Transit <br /> Assistance Program (TAP) to both Orange and Durham counties. The request for Route 800 <br /> cites unforeseen congestion, creating service delays as justification for increased operating <br /> costs. The request for TAP cites an increased level of program participation.
