6 <br /> 7. Limitations on Expenditures <br /> The Parties hereby agree to amend Section 6(b) of the Subrecipient Agreement to replace the first <br /> sentence with: "The County will not reimburse or otherwise compensate the Subrecipient for any <br /> expenditures incurred or services provided prior to the ND Agreement Effective Date nor for work <br /> performed after December 31, 2026." <br /> 8.
