<br /> and(iii)"Shop Drawing"means drawings,diagrams,schedules and other data
<br /> specifically prepared for the Work by the Trade Contractor or any Lower Tier Trade
<br /> Contractor,manufacturer,supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the
<br /> Work.This includes drawings developed in the process of coordination with other
<br /> trade contractors'scopes of work;
<br /> "Electronic Data" Shall mean information or elements of measurable,extractable,and/or sortable value.
<br /> This information will typically be delivered in spreadsheets,database tables,or,in less
<br /> typical cases,tables within word processing documents;
<br /> "Electronic Documentation" Shall mean software-based originals of hard copy documents resident in formats such
<br /> as word processing,spreadsheet,graphic,or read-only applications;
<br /> "Exposed" Shall mean any item or surface,exterior or interior,which can be seen by a person
<br /> outside the building or seen by a person inside any accessible space within the
<br /> building during normal activity;
<br /> "Final Completion" Shall be as defined within the Prime Agreement and to the extent not inconsistent with
<br /> the Prime Agreement,shall require: (i)the Work has been fully completed in
<br /> accordance with the Contract Documents;(ii)all filings required to be made by the
<br /> Trade Contractor,including,without limitation,those required for the Owner to obtain
<br /> a permanent certificate of occupancy(if applicable),have been completed;(iii)all
<br /> required documents and other items have been delivered to the Owner;and(iv)all
<br /> Punchlist Work has been completed;
<br /> "Furnish only","famish"or"supply" Shall mean to purchase,procure,acquire and deliver complete with all related
<br /> accessories to the site or other designated location and transfer to others for
<br /> installation;
<br /> "Including","Such as" The terms"including"and"such as"shall be taken in most inclusive sense,namely,
<br /> "including,but not limited to",and"such as,but not limited to;
<br /> "Install" Shall mean to receive,unload,distribute,construct,erect,mount,and connect
<br /> complete with related accessories;
<br /> "Instruments of Service" Creative work performed by the Trade Contractor and/or its,and Consultant(s).
<br /> Instruments of Service may include,without limitation,studies,surveys,models,
<br /> sketches,drawings,specifications,digital models and other similar materials;
<br /> "Maintained Assets" Shall mean items on drawings or specification documents that require the submittal of
<br /> electronic data. Such asset data include but are not limited to doors,escalators,
<br /> elevators,plumbing fixtures,air handling units,fans,pumps,heat exchangers,boilers,
<br /> chillers,compressors,exhaust hoods,kitchen equipment,sub-stations,switchgear,
<br /> transformers,panels,motor control centers,emergency generators,fire alarm
<br /> p systems,fire pumps,biomedical equipment,laboratory equipment,hospital gas
<br /> ° systems,roofing system,security systems,cameras,badge readers,computers,and
<br /> vehicles. Bulk and general construction items such as concrete,structural steel,
<br /> siding,casework,and wall,floor or ceiling materials will not be included with the
<br /> exception of roofing,or any other element requiring routine or scheduled periodic
<br /> maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's written recommendations;
<br /> "Mock-ups" Shall mean full-size,unless noted otherwise,models of a structure,component or
<br /> assembly used for demonstration,study,or testing prior to commencing full
<br /> production.Mock-ups are not incorporated into the actual Work and must be in '
<br /> compliance with Construction Manager's Quality Plan; U
<br /> "OEM Shall mean Original Equipment Manufacturer;
<br /> "Option" Shall mean a choice from the specified products or procedures,which shall be made
<br /> by the Trade Contractor. The choice is not"whether"the work is to be performed,
<br /> but"which"product or"which"procedure is to be used; V
