Through that experience, I became very familiar with the <br /> County's vision for responsible growth, land use planning, and balancing development with <br /> community character. <br /> Professionally, I work in utility-scale renewable energy development and construction <br /> management. My background includes extensive experience with special use permits, zoning <br /> considerations, permitting processes, utility coordination, and public engagement through <br /> community meetings and stakeholder outreach. I have worked closely with local governments, <br /> engineers, planners, and residents to navigate complex development projects while maintaining <br /> compliance with regulatory requirements. <br /> This combination of prior board service and real-world development experience allows me to <br /> bring both institutional knowledge and practical perspective to planning discussions. <br /> Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> I care deeply about Orange County and believe public service is one of the most meaningful <br /> ways to give back to the community. Having grown up here, I have a strong appreciation for the <br /> County's history, rural character, and long-term vision for growth. <br />
