Contractor will not make any mention of this Agreement, any Work Order, or Contractor’s work hereunder in <br />any advertisement, promotional material, publicity or press release without Owner’s prior written consent or except as required by law. <br />Section 10.11 Governing Law. This Agreement is made and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina. North Carolina <br />law shall govern this Agreement without regard to any competing choice of law provision. <br />Section 10.12 Complete Agreement. This Agreement, the balance of the Contract Documents, and any documents incorporated herein <br />by reference, shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. There are no expressed or implied, oral or other agreements or <br />understandings between the parties of any kind pertaining to the Work that have not been set forth in this Agreement.
